Global Bank Payments Operations Leader
PayPal Inc.
PayPal Inc. is seeking a Head of Payment Operations for PayPal Bank (in formation) to lead end-to-end payment operations across card acquiring, ACH, deposits, loans and settlement. You will design scalable operational controls, drive governance, and oversee a large, cross‑functional team in a regulated banking environment. The role requires 10+ years of payment/financial services leadership, deep knowledge of card networks and NACHA rules, and strong risk management capabilities to ensure #J-18808-Ljbffr PayPal Inc.
