Distribution Specialist

Drive the daily flow of shipping and inventory work to meet customer needs Manage daily product shipments and shipping through Zoho Inventory Perform incoming product inspection and product returns Prepare boxes and stock shelves with products and related supplies Manage inventory levels and coordinate timely replenishment Coordinate with customers to ensure timely product delivery Work with production teams to identify product needs and product availability Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular inventory audits Coordinate distribution with other departments to ensure products reach correct locations Ensure compliance with requirements for product storage, handling, and tracking Maintain working knowledge of FDA 21 CFR 1271, FDA 21 CFR 820, AATB standards, ISO Standards, cGMP/CGTP, relevant regulations, and internal procedures Maintain acceptable attendance and punctuality Complete assigned tasks within defined timeframes Work outside normal weekday business hours or on weekends with reasonable advance notice when operationally necessary Perform other duties as assigned Requirements High school degree or equivalent required At least 2 years of experience in a shipping or inventory management role Ability to secure and maintain a favorable background investigation and clearance Ability to work independently and in a team environment Excellent attention to detail and organization Excellent written and verbal communication Highest level of ethics and integrity Ability to lead and motivate appropriate behaviors Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Strong knowledge of shipping processes and inventory management systems Ability to operate warehouse equipment and computer systems Strong attention to detail and accurate work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of tissue processing industry and regulatory requirements is a plus Experience working with Microsoft programs Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to document work with legible handwriting Ability to climb ladders Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in shipping and inventory management, ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and maintaining accurate inventory records.
