This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for running the entire club business—leading a team of department heads, owning overall performance, and creating a culture of accountability, energy, and growth. Job Description WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Proven ability to drive revenue, manage labor, and lead overall business performance Experience coaching teams to execute sales strategies and deliver results across membership enrollment, personal training, and service upgrades Strong leadership presence with a track record of developing leaders and building engaged teams Belief in VASA’s mission to help people get healthy, feel strong, and be their best 4+ years of leadership experience in fitness, retail, hospitality, or a multi-department service environment Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to inspire accountability and build a positive, high-energy culture Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field What does success look like?
