$120,000-$150,000 Total Compensation | Base Salary + Generous Monthly Bonus | Clearwater, FL

Consumer Law Attorneys, a rapidly growing consumer litigation firm in Clearwater, Florida, is seeking an experienced Bankruptcy Attorney to lead and grow our bankruptcy department.

This is more than a position handling Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases. We are looking for an attorney who wants to take ownership of a department, build a strong team, improve processes, and help grow the bankruptcy practice.

The ideal candidate combines strong bankruptcy experience with excellent leadership, organizational, and team-building skills.

Compensation

Annual compensation: $120,000-$150,000 , including a competitive base salary plus a generous monthly performance bonus.

Our compensation structure is designed to reward both individual performance and the successful growth of the bankruptcy department.

What You'll Do

• Lead and grow the firm's bankruptcy department
• Manage and oversee Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 matters
• Supervise, mentor, and develop paralegals and support staff
• Build a strong, accountable, and positive team
• Develop and improve department procedures and workflows
• Monitor caseloads, deadlines, productivity, and quality
• Meet with clients and develop bankruptcy strategies
• Review and oversee petitions, schedules, motions, pleadings, and filings
• Attend hearings and handle contested bankruptcy matters
• Work directly with firm leadership on staffing, performance, and department growth
• Coordinate bankruptcy matters with our foreclosure defense and consumer litigation practices

What We're Looking For

• Active Florida Bar License – Required
• 3+ years of substantial bankruptcy experience
• Strong Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 experience
• Excellent leadership and team-building skills
• A genuine desire to build and grow a bankruptcy department
• Ability to mentor, motivate, and hold team members accountable
• Strong organizational and case-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced legal environment
• Foreclosure defense or consumer litigation experience is a strong plus
• Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required
