On Q Property Management is looking for a full-time Service Coordinator to join our team in Gilbert, AZ!
We are a fast-growing property management company focused on customer service, communication, and technology. As an integral part of the On Q flow, Service Coordinators help to facilitate property maintenance and work order requests alongside the assigned Property Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate with 3rd party vendors, owners, and residents
- Respond within expected timeframes to all emails and voicemails
- Answer inbound calls per call and answer rate expectations
- Manage vendor relationships and drive competitive pricing to ensure quality standards are met
- Present estimates to clients and receive bid approvals
- Monitor and facilitate work orders up until the point of completion
- Ensure work orders and/or projects are completed promptly
- Update and monitor dashboards for new and existing work orders
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer Service Champion
- Strong multi-task, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to new technology, software, and systems swiftly
- 6+ months of experience in a customer service, coordination, or dispatch role
- Active AZ Real Estate License * preferred, but not required*
