This position allows you to work remotely, giving you flexibility while maintaining a vital role in our detox center. While most of your interactions will be virtual, you may occasionally visit clients in person to assess their living conditions, particularly if they are transitioning out of the detox program. Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with clients and their families to establish realistic goals, supporting them through both detoxification and reintegration processes.

• Act as an advocate, ensuring clients have access to community resources and support services that align with their recovery plans.

• Coordinate with healthcare teams, engaging in regular case conferences to relay client progress and suggest adjustments to treatment plans.

• Monitor client well-being through scheduled follow-up calls, adjusting care strategies as needed based on changing circumstances or challenges.

• Facilitate family meetings to assist loved ones in understanding the detox process and provide strategies to support their family member’s recovery.

Compensation and Benefits\n
