POSITION - Packager

JOB LOCATION - Baldwin WI

STARTING DATE - Immediate

EMPLOYMENT TERM - Temp To Hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE - Full Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) - 1st shift | 7:00am - 3:30pm | Monday - Friday

STARTING PAY - $18.00/hour

REQUIRED EDUCATION - High School Diploma/GED

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE - At least 1 year of experience

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the below essential duties satisfactorily.

Responsibilities

• Package products accurately and efficiently according to company standards
• Inspect items for quality and proper labeling before packing
• Prepare boxes, containers, and shipping materials as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety guidelines to ensure a safe work environment

Qualifications

• Packaging or manufacturing experience preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Able to lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 30 lbs] and stand for long periods
• Willingness to learn and adapt to production goals
