Join Our Dynamic NICU Team Job Description: - Location: Nashville, TN - Unit Name: Neonatal ICU - Number of Beds: 60 - Patient Ratios: 2-3:1 - Unit Staffing: No techs in NICU What You'll Do: - Provide exceptional care for our tiniest patients in a fast-paced, engaging environment. - Utilize advanced equipment including Philips Monitors to monitor and support infants' health. - Document patient information using Meditech & Centricity Perinatal systems. Qualifications: - Experience: Minimum 2 years in NICU. - Certifications Required: - Nursing license - BLS - NRP - STABLE Work Requirements: - Shift Details: 3 12-hour shifts per week with rotating weekends & holiday requirements. - Patient Experience: Previous NICU experience is mandatory. - Floating Policy: Willingness to float to comparable areas of high need. Dress Code: - Navy or ceil blue, any shade of grey, or white scrubs. - No long sleeves, watches, rings, or nail polish of any kind.
