Business Development Manager

We are looking for a commercially focused and collaborative Business Development Manager/Director to help grow our Medical Devices business across the US region. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with customers and partners, and contributing to sustainable revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across multiple regions to deliver impactful results in a dynamic and evolving market. What you’ll be doing Developing and executing strategies to expand our presence in the US medical devices market Building and managing a strong pipeline of opportunities across new and existing customers Collaborating with internal teams to convert opportunities into successful sales outcomes Partnering with colleagues across the US and globally to align on business development initiatives Building trusted relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments to inform strategy Supporting the execution of the regional go-to-market strategy What we’re looking for We recognise that candidates may bring a wide range of experiences. Experience in business development, sales, or account management within medical devices or a related sector Demonstrated ability to grow revenue and develop new business opportunities Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to work collaboratively across international, cross-functional teams Clear communication and influencing skills Strategic thinking and problem-solving capability Degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field such as business, engineering, or life sciences Willingness to travel within the US and internationally as required (approx. 50%) What we offer We offer a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
