Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect with extensive experience in BFS Capital Markets to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of capital markets architecture and be able to design and implement robust solutions that meet business needs while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop architectural solutions for capital markets applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into architectural designs.
- Lead architectural reviews and provide guidance on best practices and standards.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance the architecture.
- Mentor junior architects and developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure alignment of architectural solutions with business goals and regulatory requirements.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong knowledge of BFS Capital Markets, including trading, risk management, and compliance.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level architectures.
- Expertise in cloud technologies and microservices architecture.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with data modeling and database design.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks affecting capital markets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 10-15 years of experience in architecture roles, specifically within BFS Capital Markets.
- Relevant certifications in architecture or cloud technologies are a plus.
