Family Case Manager: Housing Stability & Financial Growth
Archdiocese of St. Louis
A community support organization in Missouri is seeking a Case Manager for the United for Families Pilot Program. The successful candidate will help families achieve self-sufficiency, improve financial security, and ensure children remain in school. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, providing individualized case management, and connecting clients with resources. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and strong communication skills are required.
