Reports to the Events Sales Managers and General Manager of Restaurants. Responds courteously to guest inquiries regarding availability, usage of products, the range of services, restaurant offerings, classes at Eataly’s Chef’s Table, recipe help, and location of products throughout the market Communicates with the sales team and clients to meet all public and private event requests Coordinates client requests in a timely manner Develops menus and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) together with the store team for private dining events and La Scuola cooking classes Follows up on special orders with management staff and kitchen Performs other duties as required or assigned The pay rate for this position is $23-26 hourly.
