Dental Front Office Administrator
Private Practice | Charlotte, NC (Dilworth)

A friendly and well-established private dental office in Dilworth is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Front Office Administrator to join our team. This is a part-time (3.5 days/week) position—ideal for someone seeking a long-term opportunity in a professional, patient-centered environment.

Position Details

• Schedule: 3.5 days/week (25–29 hours)
• Office Hours: Monday–Thursday
• Some flexibility available depending on your availability

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $21–$24/hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Collect payments and present financial estimates
• Verify insurance and discuss benefits with patients
• Submit insurance claims and pre-authorizations
• Follow up with overdue or inactive patients

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of dental front office experience preferred
• Familiarity with Carestream PracticeWorks a plus
• Comfortable working with PPO and fee-for-service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
