Job Full Opportunity Brief Title: Associate Corporate Counsel - IT Transactions Category: Jobs Organiser: Tata Consultancy Services Description: Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is hiring an Associate Corporate Counsel specializing in IT Transactions. The role involves reviewing, drafting, and negotiating inbound and outbound procurement and sales agreements, including Master Outsourcing Agreements, Professional Services Agreements, software licensing, and RFPs. The successful candidate will work closely with sales teams and internal stakeholders to minimize risks and protect organizational interests in a fast-paced environment. Eligibility: Candidates must hold a Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school (or equivalent international degree) and be licensed to practice law in the US. A minimum of 3 to 10 years of relevant experience in negotiating IT and services contracts is required.
