Role Summary

We are seeking a high-ticket, consultative Remote Sales Closer to handle inbound, pre-booked sales appointments with elite medical practice owners—specifically U.S.-based plastic surgeons and aesthetic clinic directors.

In this role, you will represent a premier digital growth agency that engineers end-to-end appointment-booking ecosystems, custom communication workflows, and advanced marketing automations for the medical sector. Your primary objective is simple: step into pre-booked Zoom meetings, build immediate consultative rapport with high-earning surgeons, run our validated discovery process, and close the initial structural setup/build fee + recurring monthly retainer.

This requires an articulate professional with a sharp executive presence. You are not selling fitness coaching or low-ticket courses; you are selling B2B business infrastructure to medical specialists.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inbound Closing Execution

• Calendar Management: Own and execute 4 to 6 pre-booked inbound sales consultations per day via Zoom with plastic surgery clinic owners.
• Consultative Selling: Follow the agency's proven script, visual presentation framework, and closing architecture to guide prospects from discovery to contract agreement.
• Deal Structuring: Effectively articulate the ROI of our booking automation software, closing the upfront technical setup fee alongside the monthly operational retainer on the initial or secondary call.

2. Pipeline & Data Hygiene

• CRM Management: Maintain meticulous, real-time records of all interactions, objection logs, and pipeline stages inside the company CRM.
• Deal Tracking: Coordinate with internal account managers to ensure a seamless, friction-free handoff once a clinic owner signs their agreement.

3. Client Lead Management (Secondary Capability)

• As you master our internal agency closing ecosystem, you may optionally be cross-trained to handle high-value patient lead qualification calls on behalf of our top-tier surgeon clients' private practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years of verifiable success in B2B sales, digital agency sales, high-ticket SaaS, or professional-services closing. Past experience selling directly to doctors, medical practices, corporate executives, or high-net-worth individuals is a massive advantage. (Candidates whose only experience is in fitness, B2C coaching, or info-products will not be considered).
• Consultative English Fluency: Absolute verbal and written English mastery with a clear, professional, and neutral tone. You must be capable of matching the vocabulary, cadence, and prestige expected by medical surgeons.
• The "High-Agency" Script Execution: Ability to naturally memorize, internalize, and deliver a structured sales script so it sounds entirely organic, empathetic, and authoritative.
• Objection Mastery: Deep psychological resilience and the ability to navigate sophisticated corporate or financial objections smoothly without applying aggressive, low-brow high-pressure tactics.
