This role involves diagnosing and repairing advanced mechanical issues, performing a wide range of services, and ensuring repairs meet manufacturer standards. Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of mechanical services on vehicles accurately and efficiently
• Diagnose and repair advanced mechanical issues using diagnostic equipment
• Provide detailed repair and service reports
• Complete all work to manufacturer standards and dealership quality guidelines
• Stay current with technical training and certifications
• Communicate with customers to explain service needs and repairs
• Work with the service team to keep work areas clean and organized
• Follow all safety standards and dealership procedures

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ford Certification required; ASE Certification a plus
• Previous experience at a Ford dealership required
• Minimum 5 years of automotive technician experience; Master Technician certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and components
• Skilled in diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Proficient with diagnostic tools and equipment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Valid drivers license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
