Client Service Manager

Saginaw Valley Equine Clinic has an opportunity for a Client Service Manager at our practice in Saginaw, Michigan. This position plays an important role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front office, supporting the customer service team, and helping ensure every client receives a welcoming, organized, and professional experience. We are looking for someone who is customer-service focused, team-oriented, self-motivated, energetic, and highly organized, with strong leadership and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing multiple priorities, supporting and guiding team members, addressing client needs, and helping create efficient front office processes. Previous management, customer service, or veterinary experience is preferred. Our industry-leading onboarding process includes hands-on mentorship and an interactive online training platform, providing easy access to resources as you become familiar with our practice and procedures. Keep client and patient records updated Qualifications and Requirements Customer service oriented Experience with Microsoft 365 and business software Knowledge of Equine and Veterinary Terminology would be beneficial Minimum of 1-2 years customer service experience preferred, not required Veterinary clinic experience preferred, not required Education Required: High school graduate or equivalent.
