Welding Technicians & Operators

Role We are operating advanced manufacturing systems across the full production lifecycle from raw material processing through final inspection and finishing. Our success depends on precise execution, process control, and disciplined operation of complex equipment and workflows. Core Specialty Areas GMAW, GTAW (circumferential, seam) Orbital tube welding Laser welding (cell + handheld) PAW, SAW robotic systems Resistance spot welding, stud welding What You’ll Do Set up and operate welding equipment (manual and automated) Control weld parameters (current, voltage, travel speed) Inspect welds and identify defects Perform rework and basic troubleshooting Follow WPS and safety standards What We’re Looking For Welding certification or equivalent experience Ability to read weld symbols and prints Experience with production welding What Will Set You Apart Multi-process welding experience Robotic welding exposure NDT familiarity Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans for employees 401k Relocation support may be provided for certain situations, based on business need.
