Qualifications Required
- Experience in a Pediatric medical practice
- Working knowledge of the VFC Program
- Strong understanding of immunization schedules and vaccine handling requirements
- Experience with EHR systems and documentation standards
- Excellent organizational and compliance-focused skills
- Clinical background (MA, LPN, RN, or equivalent experience)
- Experience with vaccine inventory management systems
- Familiarity with pediatric billing and coding related to immunizations
- Prior audit or compliance experience
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong compliance and regulatory awareness
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proactive problem-solving mindset
