What You’ll Do Sol de Janeiro is looking for a Social Creator—someone who’s culturally savvy, visually driven, and brings brands to life through scroll‑stopping content. This role reports to the Associate Director of Social Media, Content & Community within our Global Content & Brand Experience team. Collaborate in the conception of on‑brand short‑form native content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts. Produce concept to post‑production videos, including lo‑fi footage, IRL interviews, trend‑driven moments, voiceovers and more. Create authentic, relatable content by self‑applying skincare, body‑care, and mists; comfortable showing face on camera. Pitch and execute weekly ideas that support our content pillars and maintain always‑on support. Adapt cultural trends to the brand voice and aesthetic in real time. Edit content with strong pacing, tone, visuals, motion, and light graphics; select engaging thumbnails and add copy overlay when applicable. Source and license trending sounds for commercial use. Collaborate with consumer marketing, social, and influencer teams to bring campaign and launch moments to life. Support regional and retail content requests for product launches and innovations. Produce behind‑the‑scene content at events, photoshoots, launch events, and store visits. Provide scripting and copywriting support to ensure messaging aligns with creative purpose. Must Haves 2–4 years of experience in content creation or social media for a brand or personal channel. Proficiency in shooting and editing mobile tools, the Adobe suite, and CapCut. Comfortable on camera with an authentic, engaging presence; able to self‑apply products on‑screen. Strong understanding of current and emerging trends and what makes content pop. Passion for creative arts and multiple creative mediums that inspire the digital landscape. High energy, low ego, and a clear creative point of view. Commitment to community‑focused engagement rather than merely follower growth. Storytelling, style, and visual creativity that expresses brand identity. Salary Range $80,000 – $90,000 USD (Competitive salary, bonus program, flexible hybrid work environment, inclusive culture, and growth opportunities).
