Retail Store Manager

Willow House Boutique is a locally owned lifestyle boutique located in McKinney, TX. We offer fashionable apparel for women of all ages, as well as men's clothing, gifts, and a new children's store called Littles. We pride ourselves on providing an exclusive shopping experience and hand-picked styles that set us apart from large retail chains. Our store has a faith-based atmosphere and offers something for everyone. Role Description This is a full-time or part-time, on-site Retail Store Manager role. The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for day-to-day management of store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and providing excellent customer service. This includes managing and training employees, tracking retail loss prevention, and maintaining effective communication with store owners and corporate management. Qualifications Customer Service and Communication Skills Experience in Store Management or a related field Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention techniques Ability to lead and train a team of employees Excellent organizational and time management skills Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
