Primary Care Physician physician employment in Arizona :
We are seeking an innovative Primary Care Physician for an advanced primary care clinic in Tucson, Arizona . In this role, you will offer primary care services, manage chronic diseases, and advocate for health and wellness at an employer-sponsored clinic. If you are passionate about prioritizing patient care over quotas and focusing on well-being rather than billing, this is the perfect opportunity for you!Highlights:
- Smaller patient panel (less than half the traditional PCP panel size)
- Focus on outcomes, NOT production
- Predictable workweek
- Very light call
- Fewer administrative tasks
