Marketing Manager

Seeking a marketing leader with a strong creative and technical backgound to drive user engagement & growth. APodcaster's Best Friend® Podpal is the all-in-one platform for podcast management. Podpal combines the best parts of podcast hosting & distribution with productivity tools designed for podcast workflow. Founded in 2018, Podpal has raised over $215,000 in non-dilutive funding from global brands including Google, Hennessy, Target, JP Morgan Chase, Famous Amos, REVOLT, and more. The Role With the right Marketing Manager we can redefine the podcasting experience. Together we can help podcasters do more of what they love: telling stories, interviewing guests, and building their brand. Responsibilities Plan and oversee many different activities including go-to-market launches, advertising, email campaigns, events, and social media Gather and analyze data on marketing & advertising campaigns Interview customers to collect user and audience feedback Create and present marketing reports to executive leadership Conduct market and user research to better understand the needs, wants, goals, and desires of podcasters Create scripts for marketing communications including IGstories, explainer videos, and other creative media Source, interview, hire, and manage marketing contractors, social media influencers, and other media talent What We’re Looking For Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications 4+ years organizing research and reporting of marketing campaign results. Pays close attention to detail. 3+ years managing marketing and creative projects in a corporate or consulting role. Able to create visually appealing, minimalistic, and modern marketing materials that complement the Podpal brand. Experienced with Webflow, Figma, Adobe CS, Canva, Intercom, MSOffice, and more. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Works well with others. Collaborate with team members, vendors and other company employees to understand the needs of the marketing department.
