Call Center Representative

Pay Range: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour depending on experience + bonus/commission eligibility You enjoy fast-paced environments, appreciate clear expectations, and take pride in getting the details right while helping customers. In this role, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for customers calling in for support or service. Your ability to respond quickly, communicate clearly, and capture accurate information helps ensure customers receive the help they need while keeping the team organized and informed. Answer inbound calls, assist customers, and explain services clearly and confidently Make outbound calls to schedule appointments, follow up, and generate interest in services Build rapport with customers while identifying needs and opportunities Accurately enter and update customer information in Service Titan Document interactions and ensure all details are captured for follow-up Work with your team to pass along qualified opportunities and support daily goals Perform other duties as assigned by the needs of the Company What Do You Need? 1+ years of experience in a customer service or call center role High school diploma or equivalent Ability to type while speaking with customers Previous experience with in/outbound calling or appointment setting is a plus Excellent communication skills: clear, warm, and easy to talk to Ability to stay focused and positive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong problem-solving skills and a goal-oriented mindset Comfortable working in Service Titan or similar operating systems Self-motivated, and dependable What’s In It For You?
