WHAT YOU'LL DO

This isn't a cold-calling sales job. Our guests are already vacationing in Gatlinburg and scheduled to meet with our sales team. Your job is to create a great experience, build relationships, understand their travel needs, and introduce them to vacation ownership opportunities with Capital Vacations. You'll have a proven sales process, qualified guests, hands-on training, and leadership support behind you.

YOU COULD BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE IN:

Hospitality | Restaurants | Bartending | Retail | Automotive | Real Estate | Tourism | Customer Service | Sales Sales experience is helpful, but not required . We're looking for people who are: Outgoing, confident, and comfortable talking to people Competitive and motivated by earning potential Coachable and willing to learn Professional and dependable Comfortable in a fast-paced sales environment Available to work weekends and holidays Ready to interview and start quickly

LICENSING

Candidates must hold or be willing to obtain a Tennessee Timeshare/Real Estate License. Don't have one yet? That's okay. Capital Vacations provides licensing guidance, support, and full reimbursement assistance.
