Meticulous level of care and attention to detail with the ability to retain complex information, think through scenarios others might miss, and identify potential concerns in architectural plans, construction specifications, and property operations. Advanced proficiency in modern communication platforms, particularly Signal and Google Workspace, with demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools and technology to enhance operational efficiency and decision‑making. Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi‑million dollar construction budgets, capital expenditure planning, and vendor contract negotiations while identifying cost optimization opportunities without compromising quality. Construction Leadership : Serve as the principal's authoritative voice in weekly OAC meetings and construction reviews, ensuring all projects align with design intent, budget parameters, and timeline requirements while proactively identifying and resolving potential challenges before they impact project delivery. Strategic Property Operations : Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance programs across all properties, including quarterly preventative maintenance protocols, long‑term capital planning, and immediate response systems for critical issues while ensuring minimal disruption to the principal's use and enjoyment of the properties. Team Orchestration : Lead and coordinate a distributed team of property managers, maintenance professionals, and specialized vendors across multiple time zones, serving as the escalation point for maintenance requests, renovation approvals, and capital project decisions while fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Vendor Excellence : Source, evaluate, and manage relationships with premier vendors across diverse disciplines including landscape architecture, security systems, AV/IT integration, MEP systems, and specialty residential technologies, ensuring all partners meet the family's exacting standards for quality and service. Automobile Stewardship : Oversee the maintenance and logistics of the vehicle collection, ensuring proper care, service scheduling, and operational readiness while coordinating with specialized mechanics and service providers for unique vehicle requirements. Financial Oversight : Track and analyze capital expenditures, operational budgets, and construction costs across the portfolio, providing regular reporting on financial performance, upcoming maintenance requirements, and potential cost optimization opportunities while maintaining complete transparency with leadership. Communication Hub : Function as the primary liaison between the principal, architects, general contractors, designers, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, aligned expectations, and seamless coordination across all parties while filtering information appropriately to minimize principal involvement in routine matters.
