Position Type Full Time Pay Rate $19.14 / Hour Job Schedule Mon: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Tue: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Sat: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Sun: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by following site‑specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response guidelines at a technology-focused location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and sharing details with site contacts when needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify security‑related concerns and report conditions that may need attention. Monitor entry points, badge activity, and/or visitor movement in accordance with post orders to help support authorized access and maintain orderly operations. Assist with incident reporting, directional support, and/or de‑escalation during routine operations or critical situations while following Allied Universal standards and client‑specific expectations. Minimum Requirements Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
