Role Overview The Division of Trading and Markets (TM) is seeking an Attorney – Enforcement Liaison for its Office of Legal Counsel and Enforcement Liaison. This office is TM’s primary liaison with the Division of Enforcement and is also responsible for issues affecting market intermediaries. The role is a full‑time position in Washington, District of Columbia. Responsibilities & Qualifications Serve as the primary liaison between TM and the Division of Enforcement. Collaborate with market intermediaries on enforcement and regulatory matters. Conduct detailed analysis and provide legal counsel on complex enforcement issues. Demonstrate excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Location & Salary Location: Washington, District of Columbia (on‑site; no remote or hybrid options).
