Senior Corporate Paralegal

This is a unique opportunity to step into a critical role within a busy and sophisticated corporate practice group supporting high-level transactional work.

What You’ll Do:

• Support complex corporate and transactional matters, including M&A and private equity
• Manage entity formations, corporate governance, and compliance
• Oversee cap tables, securities filings, and equity-related work
• Maintain corporate minute books and records
• Coordinate and support funding transactions and deal execution
• Track and manage multiple active matters across a busy corporate group

What You Bring:

• Senior-level corporate paralegal experience within a law firm
• Strong understanding of corporate governance and transactional workflows
• Ability to operate independently and manage high-volume work with minimal oversight
• Experience with tools such as iManage, data rooms, and equity platforms (Carta a plus)
