Key Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania LPN license required
• Minimum of 2 years’ LPN experience, with at least 1 year in a school setting
• Proven background working with children, specifically within elementary caseloads
• Reliable attendance and a commitment to consistency
• Familiarity with obtaining or completing PA clearances
• Access to dependable transportation to ensure punctuality
• Adaptability and flexibility, as daily needs may shift
• Comfortable working in an urban school environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide quality health services to elementary-aged students, including care for injuries, chronic health management, and medication administration
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to address health concerns and provide education as needed
• Maintain accurate health records and adhere to confidentiality protocols
• Respond appropriately to sudden changes, prioritizing student safety and well-being
• Participate in student care planning and collaborate with educational teams
• Maintain compliance with all relevant state and school health requirements
