You'll work with a strong and loyal patient base alongside a collaborative care team focused on high-quality outcomes and exceptional patient experience.This position is open to both experienced Hygienists and recent graduates.ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Provide exceptional, compassionate patient careTake, develop, and evaluate dental X-raysAssess patients' oral health conditions and report findings to the dentistDocument patient care and treatment plans thoroughlyEducate patients on proper oral hygiene and home-care techniquesMaintain a clean, sterile, and compliant operatoryPerform miscellaneous duties as neededQualificationsActive Dental Hygiene License (Required)Local Anesthesia Certification (Preferred but not required)Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered careAbility to work one consistent day per week at each locationFlexibility and reliability across both practice sitesKnowledge & SkillsAbility to clearly communicate clinical information to patients and dental professionalsStrong attention to detail, organization, and patient rapportAbility to adapt smoothly between two practice environmentsPhysical/Mental Demands and Work EnvironmentThe physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
