Cabinet Maker – Craft Premium Residential Interiors with Quail Hill Interiors

The Opportunity:

You will join a high-performing woodworking team dedicated to creating custom, top-tier residential interiors. This role places you in a fully air-conditioned, ultra-clean shop environment where your craftsmanship directly elevates custom living spaces. You will work alongside skilled artisans, honing your trade while delivering exceptional quality to our clients.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Fabricate custom residential cabinetry and architectural millwork following exacting design specifications.
• Utilize advanced woodworking machinery and precise hand tools to shape, assemble, and finish components.
• Apply decorative wood veneers and work with varied hardwood species to achieve premium finishes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment to support efficient daily operations.
• Collaborate closely with the shop team to ensure high craftsmanship and eliminate material waste.
• Inspect finished products rigorously to ensure they meet strict quality control standards prior to installation.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Basic knowledge of hardwood fabrication techniques and standard shop tools.
• Familiarity with wood veneer application and hand tool operation.
• Strong attention to detail and a dedication to high-quality craftsmanship.
• Ability to work onsite full-time in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in residential cabinet making or custom woodworking.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience interpreting detailed architectural shop drawings and cut lists.
