Job Description As a Security Officer Full Time Access Control Driver in Stone Mountain, GA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a financial institution, you will manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor access activity, and provide outstanding customer service to employees and visitors. You will maintain a visible presence, help deter security-related incidents, and communicate professionally while supporting a welcoming environment. This driving position requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon03:00 PM - 11:00 PMTue03:00 PM - 11:00 PMWed03:00 PM - 11:00 PMThur03:00 PM - 11:00 PMFri03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors at a financial institution by carrying out site-specific access control procedures and security-related policies. Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access credentials, maintain visitor logs, and direct guests in accordance with site requirements. Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned access points, the business, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Document incidents, access irregularities, and/or suspicious activity accurately and promptly, and communicate observations to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
