Desired Qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active state OT licensure (or eligibility to obtain immediately)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with educators and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assessments and develop individualized therapy plans for students with diverse needs
• Deliver direct OT interventions and consultative support within the school environment
• Document student progress, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing knowledgeable input to student teams
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to facilitate student participation and success
