• 75,000–$100,000 | Commensurate with experience
• 10,000 Sign-On Bonus (Florissant clinic); $5,000 Sign-On Bonus (St. Peter's clinic)

1 Hybrid/Remote Day Every Week Sustainable, Low Caseload — Target of 6 Clients Monday–Friday | 7:45 AM–3:45 PM No Weekends | No Evening Hours At AB Spectrum, we believe BCBAs should have the time and support to focus on clinical quality—not simply productivity. Our BCBAs enjoy: Low, sustainable caseloads with a target of approximately 6 clients 30 billable hours with protected time for non-billable responsibilities One dedicated hybrid/remote day each week for treatment planning, documentation, and focused clinical work Set daytime hours with weekends off Minimal administrative burden with dedicated administrative and finance support No RBT shift coverage A highly collaborative team of BCBAs and in-house SLPs Ongoing mentorship, professional development, and leadership opportunities Opportunities to grow from within as AB Spectrum continues expanding Most importantly, we want you to enjoy being a BCBA. Our clinics include outdoor therapy and play areas, expansive spaces, community‑based learning opportunities, and regular experiences that bring learning to life. What You'll Do As a BCBA, you'll serve as a primary clinical leader for your clients and be responsible for: Clinical Leadership Conduct comprehensive skills assessments and FBAs Develop individualized, data‑driven treatment plans and BIPs Monitor progress and make clinically appropriate treatment adjustments Ensure treatment is implemented with fidelity Maintain ethical and clinical standards in accordance with BACB requirements Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs, ABA Implementers, and practicum students Provide ongoing feedback and professional development Support staff in implementing individualized treatment plans Family & Team Collaboration Build strong partnerships with families and caregivers Participate in regular caregiver collaboration Collaborate daily with BCBAs and in‑house SLPs Provide staff training on clinical protocols and behavior plans As AB Spectrum continues to grow across Missouri, you'll have opportunities to contribute to the development of future clinics and take on leadership responsibilities. We're looking for a BCBA who: Holds an active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB Holds or is eligible for Missouri LBA licensure Has a Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field Has experience working with children and families Is organized, collaborative, and clinically driven Values mentorship and continuous learning Believes in compassionate, child-centered care Wants to be hands‑on with clients—not behind a laptop all day If you believe therapy should include play, connection, curiosity, and fun—we'd love to meet you.
