About the Role:
Join T.E. Roberts, Inc., a leading figure in underground pipeline construction! We are looking for a charismatic, detail-oriented, self-motivated Estimator who excels in both verbal and written communication. Your role will be pivotal in preparing detailed cost estimates for public works and private construction projects. You'll be responsible for ensuring that all financial and technical aspects are thoroughly and accurately accounted for.

- Analyze blueprints, construction drawings, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates for pipeline construction projects.
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, and team members across departments to formulate estimates and resolve issues.
- Conduct site visits for accurate project cost estimation.
- Prepare comprehensive bids and maintain bid files.
- Develop full-scope estimates, understanding the risks and opportunities in bid documents.
- Strong focus on pipeline methods, with a requirement for proficiency in reading blueprints and understanding pipeline construction techniques.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Three years’ experience in preconstruction/estimating or operations in commercial construction, with a focus on pipeline projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Bluebeam, Planet Bids.
- Superior organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to work effectively in a team and maintain effective working relationships.
- Ability to present information clearly and respond effectively to management, clients, and customers.
- Experience with Public Works and Private projects
