What You'll Be Doing

Prepare parts and materials for industrial coatings

Sandblast and hand-prep surfaces for paint application

Mix coatings according to manufacturer specifications

Apply industrial coatings using the appropriate equipment and techniques

Measure blast profiles along with wet and dry film thickness

Inspect finished work to ensure it meets quality standards

Maintain equipment and keep your work area clean and organized

Safely handle materials and dispose of hazardous waste according to company procedures

Help improve processes by suggesting better tools or equipment

Support teammates and assist with additional projects as needed

What You Bring

Experience with industrial painting, blasting, or coating applications preferred

Ability to read and follow instructions in English

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Dependable attendance and positive attitude

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, forklifts, scissor lifts, and similar equipment

Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the United States

Physical Requirements

This position requires standing, bending, climbing, kneeling, lifting up to 50 pounds, working in confined spaces, at heights, and in varying temperatures and environments.
