Technical Operations Manager

To support the growth of a modern Medicare distribution platform, the full-time Technical Operations Manager will own the intersection of IT, security, DevOps, and infrastructure, ensuring the reliability, compliance, and security of an AWS-native platform while working closely with engineering leadership. Key responsibilities Apply AI and agentic tooling to enhance DevOps, infrastructure, and information security operations Own the reliability and scalability of AWS-native infrastructure while driving CI/CD maturity and observability practices Lead security compliance initiatives and manage corporate IT operations, including vendor management and employee onboarding Required qualifications 5+ years in a technical operations, DevOps, infrastructure, or security leadership role, with at least 2 years of people management experience Deep hands-on experience with AWS services and infrastructure-as-code practices Direct experience with security compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and HIPAA Experience operating in regulated environments, preferably healthcare or fintech Strong judgment under pressure and ability to communicate technical risks to non-technical stakeholders
