Qualifications:
- Professionalism
- Must have a CDL-A License with doubles endorsement and experience.
- Must have experience managing linehaul trucking/fleet management.
- Great understanding of hours of service and laws surrounding
- Attention to detail while multi-tasking
- Proficient with Motive/Driver Logs, Trucking apps, Camera systems
- Able to learn new programs and new projects.
- Must be able to pass a thorough background check.
- Proficient with computers and apps
Typical duties include, but are not limited to:
- Schedule drivers weekly making daily changes
- Maintain trucks to maintenance schedule
- Manage breakdowns, call outs, and daily changes
- Manage drivers hours of service
- Keep a good line of communication with the hub and management
- Able to work as a team
- Enforce and maintain the current safety guidelines and protocols
- Able to drive when needed
- Able to multi-task several projects while keeping daily tasks
