Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities Manage multifamily and commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Oversee complex projects including apartment complexes, townhomes, condos, and multi-story developments Coordinate daily with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal project teams Lead project schedules, budgets, subcontractor coordination, and overall project execution Work closely with Project Engineers and field teams to ensure successful project delivery Maintain strong communication with all stakeholders throughout the construction process Proactively identify and resolve project challenges while maintaining timelines and quality standards Support a collaborative design-build delivery process from planning through construction completion Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards Qualifications 4+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager Multifamily construction experience Experience with complex building projects including townhomes, condominiums, mixed-use, or multi-story developments Strong understanding of construction operations, scheduling, budgeting, and project coordination Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Excellent communication and leadership skills Design-build project experience highly preferred Why Join?
