Senior QNXT Benefit Analyst

To ensure accurate claims adjudication and regulatory compliance, the 100% remote Senior QNXT Benefit Configuration Analyst will design, configure, validate, and maintain complex benefit setups within the QNXT platform on a contract-to-hire basis. Key responsibilities Design and configure benefits including copays, deductibles, service codes, and accumulators within the QNXT platform Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and configuration analysis using Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL) Conduct gap analysis between business requirements and QNXT capabilities, recommending workarounds or custom solutions as needed Required qualifications 7+ years of hands-on QNXT benefit configuration experience Strong expertise across QNXT core modules: Benefit Configuration, Claims, Enrollment, Authorization Solid understanding of Commercial and Government plan designs (HMO, PPO, POS, ASO, Medicare, Medicaid, ACA) Experience with data migration, mapping, conversions, and mass benefit updates Proficiency with QCS and CMT tools for configuration management and migrations
