Hardware Customer Service Representative Department: Hardware Reports To: Store Manager Full/Part Time: Part Direct Reports: No Salary/Wage: Based on Experience Job Description As our Hardware CSR, you will play a critical role in supporting Landscapers Supply’s ability to serve our customers with the smile and expertise they expect from our stores. With your positive attitude and dedication to exceptional service, you’ll help maintain our reputation as the go-to resource for homeowners and professionals alike. Whether assisting customers in‑store, answering questions, or offering product recommendations, you’ll be at the heart of making every visit to Landscapers Supply a success. Responsibilities Greet and listen to customers. Identify needed products and provide professional solutions. Check out customers at the cash register. Contact customers for pickup orders. Stock, organize and clean the Hardware department. Complete inventory counts between serving customers. Required Qualifications Basic knowledge of tools and hardware. Ability to have positive and friendly interactions with customers. Ability to be organized and calm in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to have clear communication with colleagues. Desired Qualifications Experience working in a hardware/retail store. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and handle up to 50 lbs.
