Food & Beverage Manager - Upscale Multi-Outlet Hospitality

Gallatin, TN

$75,000–$80,000 + Quarterly Bonus

We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager for an upscale, multi-outlet hospitality operation in the Gallatin market.

This is an opportunity for a polished, hands-on F&B leader who understands that elevated hospitality is built through both operational execution and genuine relationships with guests.

The operation encompasses multiple dining and beverage environments, including elevated dining, casual service, events, outdoor amenities, and high-touch hospitality. The right leader will be comfortable moving between these environments while maintaining consistent service and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership across multiple food and beverage outlets
• Maintain elevated, personalized service standards
• Lead, coach, motivate, and develop F&B team members
• Support scheduling, inventory, ordering, and operational controls
• Review time cards and maintain appropriate staffing levels
• Maintain strong food, beverage, and service execution
• Support private events and special functions
• Partner with culinary leadership to maintain elevated food quality
• Build a positive culture centered on hospitality, accountability, and teamwork
• Develop relationships with guests and deliver a high-touch service experience

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hospitality or food and beverage management experience preferred
• Fine-dining management experience strongly preferred
• Upscale restaurant management experience highly relevant
• Private club, golf club, luxury resort, or luxury hotel experience is valuable but not required
• Multi-outlet leadership experience is a strong advantage
• Strong team-development, training, and motivational skills
• Polished, energetic, hands-on leadership style
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable working nights and weekends
• Experience with scratch cooking and elevated culinary operations preferred
