CHIEF Accounting Officer

Reporting to the CFO, this newly created role will build out the Accounting team in Austin, Texas.
Individuals MUST have prior SEC reporting experience, tech startup -> IPO & international experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform finance, tax, compliance, due diligence, recruiting, and customer service workflows.
- Integrate into ERP, CRM, and other core business systems.
- Operate within enterprise security and governance frameworks.
- Use multi-agent architectures rather than a single AI model.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or business related field.
- Actively licensed CPA.
- Minimum 15-18 years of experience.
- Experience in tech startup environments.
