Job Title: Quality Inspector
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience performing quality assurance duties.
- Knowledge of and experience with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or other equivalent QMS.
- Knowledge of IPC-A-610 and IPC-A-620.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Willing to submit to a drug screening and background check.
- Audits and monitor quality requirements in accordance with the company quality assurance policies and customer.
- Performs accurate mechanical, physical and visual inspection of materials, components, and sub-assemblies as per inspection.
- Responsible for acceptance or rejection of material based on inspection criteria.
- Works with other company personnel to resolve inspection questions.
- Communication with project engineers to ensure schematics are in compliance with final product.
- Work from engineering drawings and change documents quality assurance standards, departmental procedures, and work instructions.
- Document information on the computer in various databases and other internal programs.
- Track product return and maintain a tracker to ensure completion or receipt, coordinate repair/rework, and return of product back to customer.
- Full time.
