Senior Financial Analyst - Corporate

Responsibilities

Kforce's client, a leading global organization located in the Framingham, MA area is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst - Corporate to support a key operational business function.Summary:This role will serve as a strategic finance partner, providing financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analytical support while collaborating with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Accounting, IT, and other business units. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about using data to drive business decisions. • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
• Provide financial reporting and actionable insights to business leaders
• Partner cross-functionally to improve financial visibility, planning, and decision-making
• Support long-range planning initiatives and cost management efforts
• Develop financial models, dashboards, and reporting automation solutions
• Identify risks, opportunities, and process improvement initiatives

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
• 4+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience
• Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or product-based organizations preferred
• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Excellent communication and business partnering skills
• Advanced Excel skills required; Power BI experience highly preferred
• Experience with Oracle, Hyperion, Essbase, or similar ERP/planning tools is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.


We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
