This is a full-time, on-site position in Santa Monica, CA.About The RoleWe're looking for a Graphic Designer to help shape and evolve the favorited brand across digital, social, marketing, and product experiences. You'll work across a wide range of creative projects, from social content and campaign assets to brand systems, creator-facing materials, and product experiences. The ideal candidate has strong visual instincts, understands how design can build brand value, and can move quickly from concept to execution in a fast-paced startup environment.This is a hands-on role for a designer who is creative, culturally aware, highly collaborative, and comfortable taking ownership from brief to final execution.ResponsibilitiesDevelop compelling visual creative across social, digital, marketing, campaigns, and brand experiences.Help evolve and strengthen favorited's visual identity, design language, and brand system.Translate creative concepts and strategic ideas into high-quality visual executions.Create assets for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Discord, and other emerging channels.Develop graphics and creative for product launches, creator initiatives, events, activations, and marketing campaigns.Partner with social, marketing, product, design, and creator teams to develop cohesive creative experiences.Create visual systems and templates that allow teams to move quickly while maintaining brand consistency.Bring strong visual storytelling and creative thinking to new and ambiguous projects.Stay current on design trends, internet culture, gaming, social media, and emerging visual styles.Take projects from initial concept through production and final delivery.Help establish creative standards and raise the overall visual quality of the brand.What We're Looking For3-6 years of professional experience in graphic design, brand design, digital design, or a related field.A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent visual design, creative thinking, and range.Strong understanding of typography, composition, color, layout, and visual hierarchy.Experience designing for digital-first brands and social platforms.Ability to develop creative that feels both on-brand and culturally relevant.Strong understanding of how visual design contributes to brand perception and growth.Ability to take a project from a loose idea or brief through polished final execution.Comfortable working quickly and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced startup environment.Strong communication and collaboration skills.High level of attention to detail and pride in craft.What Stands OutExperience working with gaming, livestreaming, social, entertainment, or creator-focused brands.Strong understanding of internet culture, memes, and social trends.Experience developing brands from an early stage or helping evolve an existing brand.Motion graphics, animation, or video editing experience.Experience designing for mobile products or consumer applications.Illustration or 3D design experience.Experience working closely with creators or community teams.A distinctive point of view and portfolio that demonstrates taste beyond following design trends.Salary & BenefitsCompensation: $95k - $125k base salaryBenefits Include:Unlimited PTO to prioritize work-life balance.401(k) plan to invest in your future.Comprehensive health insurance to support your well-being.Paid company holidays to recharge.Competitive salary that values your expertise and contributions.Where You'll Work: This is a full-time, on-site position in Santa Monica.EEOC Statement: We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
