Requirements
RN or LPN Licensure.
Additional requirements listed at Physical Requirements
The usual and customary methods of performing the job's functions require the following require the following physical demands: significant lifting (up to 50 pounds), carrying, pushing, and/or pulling, frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling and significant fine finger dexterity. Job may require exposure to outside weather conditions.
Generally the job requires 5% sitting, 50% walking, and 45% standing. Education/Training
Current First Aid and CPR Certification. Clearances

- Reports during an absence nurse.
- Performs first aid, medication and specialized medical treatments for the purpose of providing appropriate care for ill, medically fragile and/or injured children.
- Follows professional practices consistent with school and system policies
- Acts in a professional manner.
- Performs all other tasks and duties as assigned.
- Reports in a timely manner to the specified location.
