- Oversee documentation standards, audit trails, and governance processes supporting sanctions-related actions and decisions.
- Drive operational excellence through effective workflow management, capacity planning, escalation management, and performance monitoring.
- Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and key risk indicators (KRIs) to measure operational effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
- Lead strategic programs and initiatives from planning through execution, including governance, stakeholder management, milestone tracking, and delivery oversight.
- Partner with Compliance, Operational Risk, Audit, and Technology teams to identify control gaps, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable remediation plans.
- Develop and execute operating model enhancements that improve efficiency, reduce rework, strengthen controls, and support scalability.
- Promote innovation through process redesign, standardization, automation, and technology-enabled solutions.
- Support regulatory examinations, audits, testing activities, and inquiries while ensuring accurate and timely responses.
- Prepare and deliver executive-level reporting, presentations, and communications that inform decision-making and demonstrate operational performance.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations leadership, program management, project delivery, or related disciplines within financial services or similarly regulated environments.
- Proven experience leading large, geographically distributed teams, including offshore operations.
- Demonstrated success building and managing metrics-driven operating models with a focus on performance, risk management, and continuous improvement.
- Strong experience leading operational transformation initiatives involving process redesign, standardization, automation, and control enhancement.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced, highly controlled environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including process mapping, root-cause analysis, and remediation planning.
