Patient Population: Mother‑Baby with occasional GYN surgery patients Patient Ratios: 1:3 couplets (1:6) Number of Beds: 20 beds (can expand up to 25) Department Specifics: >90% BSN rate, >35% certification rate, 96% Press Ganey HCSHPS customer satisfaction, active Unit partnership council, IBCLC lactation support 7 days a week, Texas 10 steps certified, On‑site OB‑GYN, hospitalists, and Neonatology (MD or NNP) 24/7. Qualifications A degree from a recognized nursing program or two years of relevant work experience Min of 3 yrs.
